Q: What do you charge for shipping (Packing & Postage)?
A: For the vast majority of our products, we do not charge for shipping ie. the cost of Packing & Postage is included in the Item Price.

Where a product is offered for Free during a promotion, shipping will be charged and this will be notified during the Order Process.

Q: Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
A: We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China, etc). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to a customers’ order.
Q: Where do you ship ?
A: We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to a military area.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship orders overseas by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
Shipping Time
Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: The shipping time will depend on your exact location and the location of our warehouse used. Items shipped from our US warehouses takes 7-12 days, and if international shipping is required, this will usually take 14 – 21 days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

Most of our items are shipped with tracking information, but occasionally, for efficiency, we may use services that do not use any tracking.

Q: When will my tracking information appear?
A: You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over from us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfilment centre of your online shop.
Q: Why is my shipment status unchanged?
A: Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
Q: Why do I have to pay extra fee to my shipping company?
A: When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company’s policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
